With extensive experience managing complex legal matters across multiple jurisdictions, including the Federal Courts, State Supreme Courts, and District Courts, Shuonan combines legal expertise with a client-focused approach.
Shuonan began his career at an accredited migration specialist firm, before transitioning to a key in-house role for a group of publicly listed companies. There, he gained significant experience in ASIC and ASX compliance and complex corporate transactions. This experience laid the foundation for his later role as an independent business development consultant. After returning to the legal field, Shuonan specialised in litigation and court work.
